Homes and lots on the ICW are deep water and can accommodate larger vessels. Some of these neighborhoods are gated communities offering amenities from restaurants, golf courses, pool and fitness centers; while other communities are tucked away along scenic road A1A in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach.
Access to the Atlantic Ocean from the ICW is about a 30 minute trip North in St. Augustine or 45 minutes South in Ponce Inlet.
